Inclusive Communities Fund Workshop at Villa Park
Posted on: 3 February 2025Vanessa one of our Trustees was delighted to be asked to join the physical activity and sport panel for an Inclusive Communities Fund Workshop at Villa Park to share our SHWP experience of receiving a grant. The Fund was inspired by the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the money we received allowed us to continue to keep our Dr Sue Pritchard Memorial Challenge activities free throughout 2024 and until the end of February 2025.
It was a great event and lovely to hear from other panel members and the audience about their successes as well as the challenges being faced. Plenty of ideas generated and lots of food for thought.
