The purpose of the SHWP is to help improve the health and wellbeing of all residents in the Stour area through better partnership working and signposting of services. This website endeavours to provide the most up to date and relevant information to encourage, engage and enable every member of the Stour Community to access information which can help improve quality and longevity of life.

The SHWP covers the Stour Area - please see our map for more details.

The SHWP does not have a physical base as it comprises many organisations who work throughout the Stour Area.

Please completet the application form HERE which also appears on every community directory listing page. Alternatively, please e-mail us at: admin@shwp.org.uk stating your name and contact details along with a brief description of the organisation that you represent.

We refresh our website on a regular basis and endeavour to keep our content as up to date as possible. You can also follow us on social media.

Yes, the SHWP is a registered charity (registration no. 1192236).

Warwickshire Community and Voluntary Action (CAVA) have provided free partnership/charity development advice/work, funding identification and application support since becoming involved in January 2020. Funding for the role that supported SHWP was via Warwickshire County Council and Stratford On Avon District Council's Social Inclusion Partnership.
