Healthwatch Warwickshire Young People's Survey

Posted on: 9 December 2024

Healthwatch Warwickshire is seeking to engage with young people aged 16-24 years to better understand how they access health services, identify barriers, and develop strategies for improving their experience. The aim is to help the young people of Warwickshire to be better able to have support from a GP or mental health services when they need it.

Young people, or their parents/carers, can share their views by scanning the QR code on the attached posters or via this link: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/G8S4W8/

Further details are available here: What are young people saying about health services? | Healthwatch Warwickshire

The survey will be running until the end of February.
