Healthwatch Warwickshire would like to hear feedback from the LGBTQ+ community

Healthwatch Warwickshire are researching to understand what it is like for the LGBTQ+ community in Warwickshire when accessing NHS healthcare services. In the last 18 months have you, or someone you know, used a GP, dentist, local A&E, hospital (outpatient or stayed overnight), NHS mental health services, specialist services or sexual health services. They want to hear about those experiences both good and bad.
