Carers4Carers monthly meeting at Kineton Village Hall Friday 25 July 10.30 - 12 noon

Carers4Carers is holding its monthly support meeting at Kineton Village Hall on Friday 25th July, from 10:30am to 12:00noon. This month, they are excited to offer a short session of gentle, chair-based exercise. It’s a great opportunity to relax, stretch, and boost your well-being in a friendly and supportive setting. As always, there will be refreshments, chat and mutual support. Carers are encouraged to bring loved ones, who can join the Companionship Group while the meeting takes place.
