Carers4Carers monthly meeting at Kineton Village Hall Friday 23 January 10.30 - 12 noon

Carers4Carers – your local support group for family carers. They usually meet on the fourth Friday of the month (except December) from 10:30 to 12 noon at Kineton Village Hall. Loved ones are welcome too – they can join theirCompanionship Group during the meeting.

Friday 23 January – Coping strategies for carers
Their January meeting focuses on coping strategies — ways to care for yourself while caring for others. They'll share ideas, experiences, and gentle techniques to help you navigate the ups and downs of the year ahead. Come along for a cuppa, conversation, and a little encouragement.
